We’re yogis, believers in love and life, environmentalists and business people who were looking for a way to marry the things we value the most. We were looking for a product that takes care of the world and of each human being. On our lifelong search for purpose and meaning, we have come across many cultures and many ways of life. And we realized that the tenets of our forefathers still ring as true today as they did thousands of years ago. On a journey into Ayurveda and bringing our bodies back to health and wellness, we found copper. Specifically, we found out that copper vessels were used to purify our ancestors’ water and restore them back to vitality in cultures as disparate as India, Egypt, China and South America. And we wondered: why not bring that same gift of wellness to the modern world? And why not do it in a way that is environmentally friendly, and which eliminates the need for landfill-bound plastic water bottles and straws? And why not do it in a way that was so stunningly beautiful, that people couldn’t help themselves from drinking more water? So, we did.
